Our Process for Mold Removal
Our mold remediation process consists of a thorough FREE inspection to define the mold’s location, the damage created by the mold, the cause of mold and the type of mold. We use industry standard guidelines for mold removal
INSPECTION
Our certified mold removal technician will come into your home or business to inspect the area with mold. The technician will provide you with an estimate and a mold removal plan along with a timeline for completion.
CONTROL
We’ll address the source of the mold problem and close off the moldy area to help avoid the spread of mold throughout your home or business.
REMOVAL & CLEAN-UP
Our certified mold removal technicians will safely and effectively remove the mold using antimicrobial cleaners and sealants. We’ll also safely dispose of any mold damaged materials. We use special HEPA filters to remove mold from the air.
DRYING
We’ll use professional grade equipment to dry and remove humidity in the mold affected area.
TESTING
After mold removal, our certified technicians will perform any necessary testing to ensure all mold is removed.

Very Professional
Water Extraction Experts handled the mold remediation, repair, and restoration of my walk-in pantry which was damaged by a frozen and busted water line. Every member of the team was exceptionally professional, courteous, and personable. Each step of the process was clearly communicated and the effort unfolded exactly as was described. The cost estimates at the beginning were very good and tracked very closely with the final invoice. The Water Extraction team went above and beyond to ensure that they coordinated well with my schedule and made efforts to make the process as easy as possible for me. The local adjuster for USAA knew the WEE team well and told me that their work was top notch. With transparency and integrity, Matt, Andy, and the rest of the team truly work hard to provide professional service and good quality results.
