Water Extraction Experts handled the mold remediation, repair, and restoration of my walk-in pantry which was damaged by a frozen and busted water line. Every member of the team was exceptionally professional, courteous, and personable. Each step of the process was clearly communicated and the effort unfolded exactly as was described. The cost estimates at the beginning were very good and tracked very closely with the final invoice. While there is so much to say, they made a nightmare process - finding a leak growing mold in the bedroom closet - a seamless, quick and respectful end to end process. They were thorough in attention to detail, communication process, how they handled insurance claims and the final inspection before billing. This was a five star ⭐️ experience! Thanks.

When we discovered wetness and mold in the corner of our guest room closet, we suspected the water had come from the shower of the adjacent guest bathroom. Water Extraction Experts were the first to respond to our urgent request for help. Using sophisticated equipment, they made a thorough evaluation that tentatively confirmed our suspicions that water from the shower spray had seeped between the old shower tiles and built up in the wall behind them. A detailed quote was submitted within hours. A containment area was established to prevent the spread of mold spores, and work was promptly begun to remove the water and damaged materials and begin mold remediation. Every member of the team was responsive to our needs. They arrived at the designated time everyday and worked with the utmost professionalism. They were a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job. Thank you Matt and your entire team.

Fantastic! We needed our large kitchen island repaired and restored from water and mold damage. From start to finish, estimate to paint, Matt and his entire crew were professional in every way. They arrived on time every time. We received constant communication check-ins to make sure things were going smoothly. We were informed and consulted about every step. In the event of the inevitable setbacks, Matt and his crew (especially Chris) responded and adjusted and returned and fixed and kept at it until it was perfect by my wife's exacting standards. We all need to support local, home-grown companies when they deserve it. WEE absolutely deserves it. I cannot recommend this company strongly enough.
