Our Fire Damage Restoration Process
Step 1: Dry Out Property to Reduce Damage
After inspection, our Water Extraction Expert technicians will bring in special equipment to extract water and smoke from your property. This is a very important step and should be done within the first 24-48 hours after a fire. Smoke can be corrosive and continue to damage your personal possessions. We’ll remove wet carpeting and use special equipment on wood floors to help keep them from warping.
Step 2: Clean Soot from Floors, Ceilings & Walls
After we’ve extracted water and removed smoke and odors, our certified fire restoration technicians will go through your property and clean soot your home or business.
Step 3: Repair and Replace
We’ll help in repairing what can be repaired and replace what needs to be replaced.
Our technicians are certified in fire and smoke restoration and have extensive training and experience in smoke damage and cleaning procedures to clear out smoke, soot, chemicals, and odors. During our clean-up process, we will try to save as much of your property belongings as we can such as your personal possessions, appliances, and furniture. We’ll take pictures and inventory your belongings as part of our process to ensure your property is safe and accounted for.
