I cannot recommend this team highly enough! They were punctual, professional, clearly experts in their field and the job they performed for us was exceptional. We received daily communication and they delivered above and beyond in the finished product. Our job ended up being bigger than expected and they did everything necessary to make sure we were completely taken care of, still within the same time frame. I highly recommend Water Extraction Experts for water or mold damage cleanup. Matt is professional and punctual. He kept me up-to-date almost daily through the entire process. From scheduling to demo, cleanup and reconstruction. His team was excellent. They reacted well to the changing needs of the job. Even working through a holiday weekend to get our home ready in time for new floor installation. Thank you Matt

Recently had Matt's awesome team take care of a claim for one of my clients. The client had a significant roof leak causing damage to the garage, laundry room, kitchen and a few more locations. They were on top of it and got the client's house back to where it was before the roof leak. They communicated with the client, me and our claims adjuster and took great care of my client. My client said she was very happy with how quickly they were on top of it and very happy with the finished product. Thanks for the care and communication!

From the first call to the finish, everyone at water extraction has been incredible to work with. They responded and worked with our insurance to schedule and clean everything right away, were thorough, took care and attention to detail, followed up to make sure we were happy with the work at every step, and immediately addressed any issues that came up along the way. I hope to never need to use them again, but would absolutely recommend them without hesitation as a first choice for any water damage repairs!
