Expect excellence in communication. Matt would call me each day to say when to expect his team. His crew arrived on time, happily answered all my questions & was thorough without rushing . Matt responds quickly by phone and email. I appreciated that.
Shortly after our bedroom was repaired we discovered another problem in a separate room. Matt's crew was available within a few days, helped to trouble shoot the cause of the damage & had everything wrapped up fast so we could continue with other contractors.

Water Extraction Experts is an exceptional mold-remediation business in every way! I have high expectations for contractors in the home. I do not expect total perfection, but I do expect the job to be done right. This is one of the few businesses I’ve dealt with in recent days that shares that expectation. Matt, the owner, is a fabulous organizer, scheduler, and communicator. He always communicated immediately in giving me information about scheduling, returning a call, or sending email documentation. The documentation was extremely thorough and clear, with even a photo journal of every step. Over the course of the job, we met five of the workmen. They were also exceptional in doing their jobs. They were always on time, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, skillful, helpful, willing to go the extra mile, prepared with supplies and tools, and even compassionate toward us about what we were going through! They all appeared to be cross trained so that each one understood every step of the process. We never saw more than two of them at one time, or even the same two together that we had seen before, but they all worked together extremely well. There are several other aspects of the job that I particularly appreciated. One was that a non-toxic disinfectant was used. Not having to breathe strong chemicals for the three days of disinfectant application was important to me. Also, a mold test was recommended after the cleaning was done. Of course, there is additional time and expense, but it will be worth it when it is time to sell the house. Finally, they finished everything so that after the job was completed, all that needed to be done was to move back into the affected area! Without hesitation, I give my highest recommendation to Water Extraction Experts!

Matt and the entire team were fantastic to work with my client on their home. They were responsive and were able to locate the issue, mediate and test the problem areas within a very quick deadline that the homeowners were under. Their pricing is very reasonable and their crew was beyond courteous to everyone on the property. They made sure the homeowners questions were answered in advance, they described the issue clearly and with images, and they laid out a remedial plan that could be executed within a short time period. I would recommend this company to anyone who is needing a through inspection and solution with a company that has fantastic customer service and quick follow up.
