When we discovered wetness and mold in the corner of our guest room closet, we suspected the water had come from the shower of the adjacent guest bathroom. Water Extraction Experts were the first to respond to our urgent request for help. Using sophisticated equipment, they made a thorough evaluation that tentatively confirmed our suspicions that water from the shower spray had seeped between the old shower tiles and built up in the wall behind them. A detailed quote was submitted within hours. A containment area was established to prevent the spread of mold spores, and work was promptly begun to remove the water and damaged materials and begin mold remediation. Every member of the team was responsive to our needs. They arrived at the designated time everyday and worked with the utmost professionalism. They were a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job. Thank you Matt and your entire team.

Fantastic! We needed our large kitchen island repaired and restored from water and mold damage. From start to finish, estimate to paint, Matt and his entire crew were professional in every way. They arrived on time every time. We received constant communication check-ins to make sure things were going smoothly. We were informed and consulted about every step. In the event of the inevitable setbacks, Matt and his crew (especially Chris) responded and adjusted and returned and fixed and kept at it until it was perfect by my wife's exacting standards. We all need to support local, home-grown companies when they deserve it. WEE absolutely deserves it. I cannot recommend this company strongly enough.

Water Extraction Experts were very professional. They were prompt with every step of the process and maintained open lines of communication. They repaired my ceiling after a leak and the ceiling looks so good now. Would definitely recommend using them!!

Where do I start. From the time I called them after looking for someone to remove quite a bunch of mold from my office, room closet.
The most important part for me was for the Water Extraction Experts (WEE) was to come out and see the severe damage.
Well Matt and team had an immediate plan, and it was laid out in full.
When, I said "yes" I was guided from day one, until the end. The team came in and did their job well, and as clean as one could be. Also, they worked and were never in my way, they just kept going forward. The most polite people to work with and talk to. But as I said, I knew the process everyday, and when I had to leave for a doctor's appointment, they had an outside lock box for me to come back in."GREAT JOB"!!!
Since, I am severely handicapped, and on a fixed income. I was afraid of ever following through, because I was afraid of the price I would be given, which I dreaded. THAT WAS NOT THE PROBLEM HERE. The job that was done, seems to me that it was twice the value than they charged me.

From when they started until now seeing the final product is amazing. Being on oxygen 24/7 and seeing the completed job, just fills my heart with joy!!!

We discovered a slow leak behind our dishwasher that required taking apart half of our kitchen. Water Extraction Experts took care of all the teardown, cleaning, testing, and reconstruction, installed new cabinets exactly matching the originals, laid new tile countertops, and left the kitchen looking better than ever. They were extremely responsive and communicative through the whole project and went out of their way to make sure everything was satisfactory.
