Our Process for Mold Removal
Our mold remediation process consists of a thorough inspection to define the mold’s location, the damage created by the mold, the cause of mold and the type of mold. We use industry standard guidelines for mold removal
INSPECTION
Our certified mold removal technician will come into your home or business to inspect the area with mold. The technician will provide you with an estimate and a mold removal plan along with a timeline for completion.
CONTROL
We’ll address the source of the mold problem and close off the moldy area to help avoid the spread of mold throughout your home or business.
REMOVAL & CLEAN-UP
Our certified mold removal technicians will safely and effectively remove the mold using antimicrobial cleaners and sealants. We’ll also safely dispose of any mold damaged materials. We use special HEPA filters to remove mold from the air.
DRYING
We’ll use professional grade equipment to dry and remove humidity in the mold affected area.
TESTING
After mold removal, our certified technicians will perform any necessary testing to ensure all mold is removed.
