Everything about the service Water Extraction Experts provided was exceptional. All of the employees were professional, always on-time, sympathetic and understanding, and they worked hard. They took care of the mold and water issues as quickly as possible, and returned my home to a condition that was actually better than the original molding/paint job. I was also very pleased that they consistently contacted the day prior to any service calls and then always contacted me the day of service with a time of expected arrival. I have never used a contractor that was so consistently professional, prompt, and hard working.

Mold Removal Relief

No one wants to deal with the discovery of a mold problem, especially in the midst of trying to sell a home, but working with Water Extraction Experts immediately put us at ease in their care of our remediation. From start-to-finish, their highly skilled professionalism, efficiency and outstanding customer service were consistently provided. First off, they were extremely responsive in providing a timely quote. And when the work started, Matt and Chris communicated with us at every turn, setting our expectations and following up periodically throughout the 4-day process. The team took great care in dismantling fixtures and cabinets as needed for minimal disruption … we greatly appreciated the courtesy and respect in dealing with this older home. I'm so impressed with this company. Water Extraction Experts removed mold caused by a refrigerator water leak. Every employee who came to our house regardless of their job was competent, respectful, helpful and friendly. They minimized as much as possible the impact of the containment area on our use of the rest of the kitchen. I am especially grateful for the care with which they handled our solid wood cabinets throughout removing and resetting them. Also, for not getting paint on anything paint wasn't supposed to be on! (I’d name you all but I don’t want to leave anyone out!) Their cabinet maker did a fantastic job of recreating a floor to ceiling panel and matching the finish. The estimate was comprehensive and clear and communication throughout the process could not be better. Start to finish, very professional - I’d give them SIX stars if I could. In fact, we’re having them return in a couple weeks to tackle another mold issue.
