Spotlight on Robert Veliz: Restoration Technician
Robert is originally from San Jose California. He has lived in New Mexico for two years and has been with
our company since June 7, 2023. Before working for us he was a forklift operator for Southern Glazer
Wine.
He tells us about his favorite part of his job at Water Extraction Experts. He jokingly says, “Crawlspaces!”
Then he adds; “Although crawlspaces are tight places, it is also a challenge to work in them. One of the
guys from the team patiently worked with me, showing me how to overcome the challenge of the
crawlspace. That is what makes working for this organization unique; the guys really care for each other.
So while all the company core value resonates with me, perhaps I could narrow it down to one:
Teamwork.”
Outside of work Robert enjoys movies. He and his wife, Jewilia have a three year old son Zander. When
asked what keeps Robert motivated, he simply answers, “My son.”
