Spotlight On: Carla Girard – Customer Service Manager
Carla has lived in New Mexico most of her life. When she joined our team in 2022 she brought with her over 20 years customer service experience she acquired in the cable service industry. “Water restoration is something I had never experienced before and I have learned so much” she said. “I am able to understand enough that I can explain and reassure the customer of our work. I love to meet the customers and reassure them that they are in good hands. Presenting them with a small gift and getting to know them a little on a more personal level is always a plus”.
The company core value that resonates with Carla is: “Being the Exception for Every Customer”. She explains, “Restoration work is a dirty job and reassuring the customer that we are going to take care of them makes it comforting to them.”
Outside of work Carla keeps busy. She is happily married with 4 sons, 4 grandsons, 1 granddaughter, 4 step-grandsons, 1 great-step-grandson and 2 daughters-in-law. She is also very involved with Special Olympics with her youngest son. She adds, “I also like traveling to different places and I love to go to classic artists concerts.”
